Travel & Logistics
If you’re staying nearby, most hotels and Airbnbs have a 3 pm check-in, which is after the ceremony begins at 1.30 pm. To make the day a little easier, we’d recommend one of the following:
Option 1: Stay the night before
It may be easier to stay locally the night before to avoid any travel stress on the day. There are lots of lovely hotels and Airbnbs nearby, you can view our recommendations here.
Option 2: Travel straight to Kin House
There’s plenty of parking at the venue if you’d like to drive. We hope you’re planning to enjoy a drink, so taxis are available to and from nearby towns, and you can always collect your car the next morning.
Option 3: Ask for an early check-in or bag drop
Many local hotels are happy to let guests drop off bags early if you contact them in advance.
Getting There From London
Kin House is in Kington Langley, Wiltshire, about 5 minutes from Chippenham and roughly 2 hours from central London.
By Train
Take a direct train from London Paddington to Chippenham, which takes around 1 hour 10 minutes.
From Chippenham Station, it’s a 5-minute taxi ride to Kin House.
Taxis are available outside the station, but booking in advance is recommended.
By Car
From London, take the M4 westbound towards Bristol.
Exit at Junction 17 (Chippenham) and follow signs for Kington Langley.
Kin House is located on Church Road, Kington Langley
The journey takes around 2 hours, depending on traffic.
